Judy Eshelman has a Masters of Education degree from the University of Vermont. She devoted eleven years as a counselor at the Kurn Hattin Home/School in Westminster, followed by a brief (20 year) stint as Customer Service Director of Sovernet Communications. Back to her roots as an educator, Judy spent a year researching copious books, articles, documents and films about the founding of America, developing this introductory course that relies on the Founders’ words, experiences, and deeds – to provide an understanding of how and why the United States of America became the most prosperous and generous country in the world.

Zachary Zupan grew up in the Green Mountain State.  He is an avid student of the American Revolution, an actor and a Realtor in his hometown in southern Vermont.  He looks forward to sharing his passion for our State’s history with Vermont students!
